Hi, I’m Christine,

I am so glad you are here, my fellow human! I am the proud owner of Boost Clinics, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with advanced training in cosmetic care, dermatology, rheumatology and naturopathic care. I have a diverse portfolio of experience with active practices in primary care, naturopathic wellness care and independent business.

I love my work as a practitioner and educator! I have been told I have a knack at simplifying the convoluted and complicated. I have been injecting as well as training and teaching in post-secondary programs for over 14 years. I am passionate about supporting the evolution of nurses from employee to independent business practice. Whether you are a client or a nurse, I am excited to work alongside you to help you reach your goals to live long, strong and sparkle on.

I pair well with humans, wine, beer, cheese or any combination of the four! have been coined a Spontaneous idea creator and Entrepreneur extraordinaire I have a Glitter shoe addiction I play the french horn I am a Mom to 6 kids (YUP it’s true!)

Elizabeth Lavoie, NP-PHC, Mscn, DTM&H, Bscn

Elizabeth has extensive experience that has taken her near the arctic circle, where she worked as a primary health care provider in Nunavut, to the southern tip of Africa, where she was on the front lines of the HIV pandemic in Lesotho. Now settled in Ottawa, Elizabeth works as the primary health care provider to a diverse cross-section of the city’s core and has developed a deep professional expertise in the field of infectious disease. Her interest in medical aesthetics began in 2007 and has since grown into a passion. She is dedicated to ongoing professional development, regularly completing courses from the world’s leading injectors. Along with being an accomplished entrepreneur, she is also a bilingual educator, mother of two boys and an avid hockey player! @elavo

Fozia Johri, NP- PHC, FNP-BC, GNC (C)

Fozia is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive clinical awards and certification in treating seniors with NeuroBehaviours. Her years of experience in family practice and continual learning and love for people have led her to her medical aesthetics passion. Fozia’s interest and passion for the beauty industry has become the forefront of her wellness practice, evolving from years of providing the highest quality of products and reputable procedures available. Fozia is equipped with extensive training and continually keeps abreast of all the educational opportunities in the industry. Pam Rawat-Katoch, NP-PHC, Bscn (Hons), Mscn, RN-EC, CCNC, CBAM(C)

Pam is an NP with extensive experience in the healthcare profession in Canada, the USA and India. Pam graduated from the Indian Military Medical services and worked as an RN in the Indian Army. Pam completed her Masters and Nurse Practitioners programme at York University and currently runs a primary care family practice as an RN in Lindsay, ON. She also owns a medical aesthetic clinic in Stouffville and provides medical directorship to independent RN and RPN’s. She is certified in Aesthetic medicine from Dr. Martin and CBAM.

Kelly Ross, BN, MN, PHC-NP

Kelly completed her undergraduate degree through the University of New Brunswick-Humber college, never imagining she would be a travelling nurse, going to countries in need of health care and nurses. After getting her Master’s degree and Nurse Practitioner Certificate, she worked in acute care at Toronto General Hospital before transitioning to primary care, with a passion to help vulnerable people in the community. She loves adventure and became a yoga instructor in her quest for wellness. Trained at APT injection training in 2016, she has her own wellness clinic @nulifewellness_ as well as @revelbeautyclub with one of her mentors. She continues to attend workshops and conferences in her quest for life long learning. @beautynp.kells

Kathryn Sharman, NP

Kat is a NP in Ontario and four other provinces. When Kat is not busy renewing licenses, you will find her playing with one of her four kids! Three of them are under the age of four so that keeps her very busy! With a love for life that is contagious, we are so thrilled she brings that positive energy to our team. She absolutely loves being a part of the cosmetic industry, specifically teaching and learning. Kat is always excited to learn and looks forward to meeting and developing relationships with more wonderful, skilled nurses along the way. @aboutyounpsharman

Cathy Awad, NP

Cathy is a Nurse Practitioner, Medical Director and proud owner of Awad Medical Aesthetics & Wellness in the Windsor area. With a Masters Degree in Nursing and a specialty diploma in Primary Health Care, Cathy has worked in a wide variety of health care settings such as: Emergency, Obstetrics, Clinical Educator, Corrections, Primary Health Care and Medical Aesthetics. Cathy still offers primary and episodic care as a telemedicine NP and plans to grow her aesthetics business while continuing to provide support, high standards and education to nurses in the aesthetics field. @awadmedical www.awadmedical.com.

Claudia Toubiah Bscn, MN, PHC-NP

Claudia is a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who specializes in both Emergency and Aesthetic Medicine. Claudia spent many years studying and perfecting her craft. Graduating from York University with her BScN and later from Ryerson University with her Master’s in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner certifications, Claudia has worked in various health care roles and settings.

She has held diverse roles on international cruise ships, flight nursing providing medical evacuations, and servicing Ontario’s First Nation communities and rural communities in the Australian Outback. Claudia has also found a passion for teaching undergraduate nursing students.

Claudia has been trained by some of the most world-renowned facial plastic surgeons in the industry as well as distinguished injectors. She is an advanced injector of neuromodulators, dermal fillers and therapeutic indications. Claudia continually strives to achieve the most natural results by treating the face holistically and has become respected among her patients for her artistic eye and gentle approach.

Lynda Quesnel, NP-PHC, Mscn, BN

Lynda graduated from the RN program in 1994, NP program in 2009 and her Masters in 2014. She brings extensive experience working in community and hospital settings. In 2000 she returned to Mbale, Uganda (where she grew up) to help set up a new Pediatric Orthopedic Hospital. She returned to Ontario in 2002 working in the Reservations in Northern Ontario.

Lynda completed her aesthetics training in 2016 from APT and opened Allure Medical Aesthetics MediSpa in Southhampton. She is the medical director for other RNs and RPNs in medical aesthetics and does locum work at Primary Care clinics. @alluremedicalaesthetics

Amanda Norrad, BN, MN, NP

Amanda is a Nurse Practitioner, Medical Director, wife and mother of two. She is also the proud owner of Precision Medical Aesthetics in the Peterborough area. With advanced aesthetic training and certifications from institutions across Canada and the UK, Amanda is a reputable board-certified aesthetic practitioner and trained with the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine. Amanda obtained her Masters of Nursing Degree and Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of Toronto, specializing in Adult Medicine.

Amanda’s non-aesthetic practice is in the hospital, working between the Emergency Dept and Acute Inpatient Medicine. Amanda has an unwavering enthusiasm for teamwork and cares about creating a supportive team culture. She is poking her way to desired aesthetic results with precision and safe injection techniques. @Precision.MedicalAsesthetics

Matthew Royal, MN, NP-PHC

Matthew graduated achieved his Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 2007. After moving to Toronto, he began his nursing career working in various settings, which led him to work full-time in the emergency room, where he would work for about ten years. He graduated from the Nurse Practitioner program in 2015.

With a love for people and an experienced and responsive technical skillset, Matthew became certified to provide injectable medical treatments in 2017. He has an ever-growing, and busy practice located in downtown Toronto called Royal Treatment Medical & Cosmetic Aesthetics. In addition, Matthew provides clinical and medical oversight and mentorship for nurses located in downtown Toronto and surrounding areas. @matt.the.np
